Douze LT , Douze Longtail, a robust bike with long rear carrier

The Douze LT, the Douze LongTail, is a new multifunctional bicycle from Douze Cycles.

A transport bike with a long rear carrier that can carry 2 or even 3 children.

This bike is ideal for transporting older children. Say from an age of 3 years.

On this model a footboard, monkey-bar, seat pads, child seats, panniers or front rack can be mounted. Depending on the age of your children.

As always, Douze Cycles bikes are built with quality components.

Douze Cycles goes for the lowest possible footprint. Their bikes are produced entirely in Europe. The frames are also made in Europe.

There are 6 types of LT versions available from Douze:

• The Douze LT M , this Douze LT has no motor, color: orange
• The Douze LT1 , this Douze LT is equipped with a rear wheel motor 60Nm, color: red.
• This Douze LT2 B is equipped with a more powerful Bafang 400 middle motor 75Nm, color: gray, in 2 variants:
  • (a) The Douze LT2 Bafang - Derailleur
  • (b) The Douze LT2 Bafang - Nexus (hub gear).
• The Douze LT2 S is equipped with the most powerful Shimano EP8 mid-motor 85Nm: color: blue, in 2 variants:
  • (a) The Douze LT2 Shimano - Derailleur
  • (b) The Douze LT2 Shimano - Nexus (hub gear).

All Douze LT bikes have:

A sturdy stand that also works well when there are children on the carrier.
(Not one of those Jumbo Ursus stands where you have to lift the bike up to get it onto the stand at all)
if electric, a fixed display (not stealable)

very solid front fork with large bearings at the bottom
