Fender Repair Kit Loose Fender Bracket
Repair your own mudguard! On Urban Arrow bikes manufactured before 2022, the mudguard brackets can sometimes come loose from the mudguards. The mudguard bracket shoots loose from the rivets that sit through the mudguard. We repair these mudguards in the workshop with the bolts as shown in the photos. Now you can easily do this yourself too with these repair kits made of stainless steel.
Repair Kit Front Mudguard
- 2x round head bolt M4x10
- 2x washer M4x12
- 2x round head nut M4

Repair Kit Rear Mudguard
- 1x round head bolt M4x10
- 1x washer M4x12
- 1x round head nut M4
- 1x round head bolt M5x12
- 1x washer M5x15
- 1x M5 round head nut

How to repair the mudguard?
- Press one of the rivets of the loosened bracket out of the mudguard
- Use the hole created to screw the bracket back together again with a bolt and nut.
Tip: We always screw the bolts with the cap nut on the outside, otherwise the nut often hits the tire.
