Lockride model X 500 + Disk lock for Urban Arrow

Particularly strong battery lock for the Bosch Power Pack/battery. This set consists of a Lockride Model X battery holder made of 3 mm thick steel and an Abus Diskus lock made of hardened steel. This gives the battery extra protection against theft, even when using a crowbar, cylinder puller, screwdriver and/or blowtorch. This battery lock is specially made for Urban Arrow cargo bikes with the exception of the Urban Arrow with Bosch BES3 battery, delivered from the end of 2023.

Securing the battery with Lockride goes as follows (see the last 2 photos): The Bosch battery is clamped on the frame tube between two Bosch docks (A,B). Shielding position 1 prevents a hole from being burned here and the underlying screw from being accessible. Position 2 protects the battery cylinder lock from a cylinder puller. Prying it loose with a crowbar (3) cannot be done without damaging the battery. Lockride Model X (4) offers the ultimate protection because the battery is now fully clamped in.
